common tests are finally OVER. woo hoo!! yipee!!
and then my maid had to smack reality in my face.
"results not out yet u celebrate what ?!!"

lit paper was really LOOONG. 3 papers in 1 go. wonder how i managed to get thru it. its like halfway thru the 2nd paper i was actually hoping that ms chua would jump up and say "ok! times up!" bleahs. instead she smiled and said "thirty minutes more!"
ruth, welcome to the world of arts.
but i managed to survive, persevering on, resisting the strong urge to put my pen down and sigh. write ruth write. write ruth write. scribble scribble scribble all the way till times up. sometimes its good to have the kiasu singaporean attitude in u (makes u think that even if u ran dry on things to write on, u'd think that scribbling some totally irrelevant nonsense would gain u some marks). its actually a form of fighting spirit. :) kudos to the singaporean me!
haha. i thought suddenly hit me. thank God i went to maldives when it was during the first 3 mths! with my grades, i would most probably not be able to go if i were J2! *phew*
haha. random thoughts. but common tests are officially over so i have time for random thoughts now. no one can stop me now. *wahaha*
ok, back to the day's happening.
i ran back home in jubilee to do some...baking!
haha. i wanted to bake BREAD STICKS. (it seems to be the easiest to make among all the others stated in the cookbook). so i scanned through the cookbook and thought that it would be no biggie.
wrong.
"smack!" said reality.
it took me 4 whole hours to make sticks.
notice that i left out the word "bread".
because the supposedly breadstick turned out looking and tasting like sticks.
end product: a whole bunch of sticks and a whole lot of mess.
i bet it was the yeast. it just wouldnt grow. :/
focus on the process ruth, the process. not the product.
hhaha.

yeah! will be meeting the maldives pple for dinner n movie. yes i am a bimbo. i watch initial D for edison.
